In 1983, through free competition, he became a local administration official with state qualifications (secretary-controller), a job he carried out in different town halls until 1991.
From then on he worked as a technician in various administrations, until in 1999 he joined the firm as a professional collaborator in the field of administrative law.
Specialized in Administrative Law and Public Sector Contracting.
He also has a degree in Geography and History.
