Badia)advocat has carried out, with the team of Darq Arquitectes, the urban transformation that should culminate with the implementation of a new commercial facility of the Grup Bon Preu, the fourth to open in Terrassa. This new shopping center will have a supermarket with a sales area of 800 square meters, a mini-market and a gas station. The environmental and sustainability aspects that characterize all Darq Arquitectes projects have been specially taken into account in its implementation and construction.
Our counseling has helped to start the construction works of the new Bon Preu supermarket, which will welcome a thousand customers every day, mainly from Terrassa and Matadepera.

It is worth noting that, in urban planning terms, this procedure incorporates a pioneering initiative that this firm has proposed to the Terrassa City Council and constitutes a new formula for expanding the stock of housing for social rental in the city: the Urban Planning Law provides the possibility that, within the framework of an urban development action and in certain cases, the percentage of assignment to the administration may be replaced by its equivalent in already built-up land, located outside the development site. Thus, the Municipal Housing Company now has three new apartments available for immediate occupancy.
