Badia)advocats advises GRUPO NORTEÑOS’s new CULINARY CREATION AND INNOVATION CENTRE joint venture
Joint venture CENTRO DE CREACIÓN E INNOVACIÓN GASTRONÓMICA, SL, is set up for Grupo Norteños’s industrial and culinary R&D.
With the support of Badia Advocats, meat market leader GRUPO NORTEÑOS and technical culinary consultancy firm DESIGN COOK have set up a joint venture to build a Culinary Lab geared towards premium quality meat products.
The company is to be based in Mercamadrid’s Central Meat Market and plans to spend about €500,000 on technical equipment in its first year of trading.
The Culinary Creation and Innovation Centre will be led by Miquel Rístol and Carlos Tejedor who are tasked with developing methods and designing tools for Grupo Norteños.
