Badia)advocats advises the Vallès Construction Guild. Within the framework of CECOT’s advisory service, we collaborate as the advisory law firm for the Construction Guild of Terrassa. Our work consists of providing companies and professionals in the sector with specialised legal support in real estate, construction, urban planning and administrative matters.
The objective is to provide clear and practical responses to the sector’s legal challenges.
The advisory service also includes Badia)advocats’ participation in the Construction Technical Board, which includes representatives from the Guild, Terrassa City Council and professional associations within the sector. We also take part in and monitor the preparatory work for the comprehensive revision of the Terrassa POUM.

The way to achieve this is by periodically preparing reports on regulatory developments with direct impact on construction and urban planning.
