The leading company in the meat market GRUPO NORTEÑOS and the technical gastronomic consulting studio DESIGN COOK, through the intervention of Badia Advocats, have formalized the creation of a joint company in order to develop a Gastronomic Lab focused on meat products high quality

This company, based in the Central Meat Market of Mercamadrid, plans to make an initial investment in technical equipment of around five hundred thousand euros in the first year.

The Center for Gastronomic Creation and Innovation will be directed by Miquel Rístol and Carlos Tejedor, who will develop methods and design tools for Grupo Norteños.
